Payments Product Manager
A new and challenging position has been created for a Payments Product Manager to join our busy team in the Isle of Man.
Primary Functions:
- Develop actionable work plans to support the build, launch and implementation of new payment methods and tools.
- Perform pre-studies and research to define business needs and priorities for new payments products and tools.
- Create standard training templates and implementation guides that will be used to understand and resolve customer issues with respect to payment processors and payment methods.
- Analyze and specify changes needed in workflow processes and tools of Payments Services operational department and support.

- Liaise with technology development, payment services, finance and payment support to develop actionable work plans and definable product specifications.
- Liaise with product related payment suppliers to handle tracking of issues and other aspects of business relationship.
- Communicate with payment services and support departments to receive feedback on payment methods and to provide support.
- Liaise with other functional/department managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of payments staff training and development, and to ensure payments staff are fully informed and trained to meet the objectives as set by Payments Product Management.
Knowledge Management:
- Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant fields at all times; specifically International e-commerce and payments processing.

TV Production and Event Coordinator
The German Marketing Team is looking for a creative and passionate TV production Coordinator to support the Head of Communications and the German Marketing team with the delivery of TV creative's and is the daily point of contact for the coordination of TV production. This position will be based in Munich, Germany.

Graphic Designer
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong graphic design skills versatile in both web and print and the ability to work in a team environment with multiple projects/priorities.
Working with the Head Graphic Designer/Art Director, within the internal design studio, the Graphic Designer will be involved in creating online and offline graphic materials.

Australasia Country/Regional Manager
A new and challenging position has been created for an experienced and driven Country Manager to join the PokerStars team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for the development of acquisition marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand
- Provide effective research audit of market potential, consumer insights, competitive reporting and other key marketing requirements
- Develop, structure and lead commercial relationships with third parties at the local level, in particular large media groups, to create promotional opportunities for PokerStars
- Co-ordinate all activities, policies and procedures with other parts of the organisation including the legal, technology, creative, affiliate, PR and retention teams
- Undertake rigorous pre and post initiative analysis to provide campaign ROI, CPA and learnings for future activity

Svensk Kundservice Representant
PokerStars skall utöka sin kundsupport med svensktalande representanter som kommer att baseras på vårt kontor i London (sökande med väldigt speciella egenskaper kan komma att få sin tjänst placerad utanför London och Storbritannien.) Arbetsuppgifter:

PokerStars cherche à développer son Service Clients en engageant des employés dont la langue maternelle est le français pour travailler dans notre bureau de Londres, au Royaume-Uni (des candidats exceptionnels pourraient travailler en dehors de Londres ou du Royaume-Uni). Business Development Analyst, Payments
Functions of the position:
- Research different markets and identify payment solutions which would be suitable for the online gaming sector in line with the company strategy for individual countries.
- Understand the legal situation of a particular jurisdiction and be able to recommend appropriate payment solutions for that market.
- Assist in establishing the relationship with new payment service providers including aspects of the due diligence procedure and the signing of the contract.
- Compare solutions which are available with competitors and highlight gaps and areas of improvements as needed.
- Work with development and the processors to optimize use of existing payment solutions, increase approval rates and track major issues with the providers
The role of Business Development Analyst will cover a wide area of the business development cycle. By researching the payment solutions available you will have an in-depth knowledge of both global and regional solutions. You will maintain contacts with existing and potential providers as well as assisting in any due diligence procedure which may be undertaken. Once a new solution is ready to go live you will maintain the relationship with the processor as well as well as liaising when it comes to optimizing the solution after its release.
This role will require the excellent attention to detail and a sound knowledge of payments in the ecommerce sector. The right candidate must be strong with multi-tasking and comfortable running several projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in within online gaming, financial services or the payment processing sector.
- Proactive, independent individual with extensive experience managing relationships and being able to effectively communicate with partners.
- Proven ability in starting business relationships and ability to negotiate.
- Strong understanding of the state of payment processing across the globe, and knowledge of current industry trends.
- Understanding of the online gaming, online services, Internet and consumer software markets.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate throughout an organisation.
